Wangaratta Players Notice of Annual General Meeting

Date: Tuesday, 3rd March, 2025

Location: Stage Door 4D Evans Street Wangaratta

Come and join us for our AGM.

The following Executive positions will become available at the 2025 Annual General Meeting for a full term of 2 years:

● Vice President

● Secretary

● Treasurer

All non-executive committee positions (up to 11) will become available for a full term of 1 year.

All incumbent Committee Members may stand for re-election if they so choose. All nominations for election to the Committee must be in writing, signed by the nominee and the person so nominating that person.

The Proxy Voting Form (used to vote for committee members) and Appointment of Proxy Form (used to assign a proxy to vote for motions/resolutions) must be given to the Secretary no later than 24 hours before the time of the meeting in respect of which the proxy is appointed.

No other matters may be discussed unless a written “REQUEST FOR AGENDA ITEM” or WRITTEN “NOTICE OF MOTION” DULY SIGNED BY THE MOVER OF SUCH MOTION is received by the Secretary via email to Nicola Powell (wangplayerssecretary@gmail.com) or at 4D Evans Street, Wangaratta 3677 by 10 th February 2025, being 21 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting to allow the Secretary to note attendees and confirm they are financial members. The completed form must reach the Secretary at the above address or via email (wangplayerssecretary@gmail.com) by 27th February 2025 being one week prior to the Annual General Meeting .
