It is a condition of membership to the Wangaratta Players lnc. to read and abide by the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct is relevant to all platforms of communication and interaction pertaining to the Wangaratta Players lnc. including but not limited to meetings, rehearsals, social events, social media forums and whenever you are representing Wangaratta Players lnc. The Code of Conduct may be reviewed, rewritten, or amended to allow for social and ethical changes in the future.
- All members undertake to always act in a courteous and respectful manner.
- All members represent Wangaratta Players Inc. in a positive fashion.
- All members interact in a manner that promotes confidence, and respect and acknowledges personal achievement.
- All members work to maintain a spirit of teamwork.
- All members are to respect the property, building and fittings of Wangaratta Players Inc. and the personal property of others. Theft and damage to property will not be tolerated and is a reportable offence.
- All members are to refrain from encouraging or participating in underage drinking, smoking and the use of illegal substances. Illegal activities will not be tolerated and is a reportable offence.
- All members are to maintain respectful language. Obscene, abusive, and offensive language and/or behaviour will not be tolerated.
- All members undertake to dispose of rubbish and maintain the clean and tidy state of the Stage Door and surrounds thoughtfully and appropriately.
- All members are to dress appropriately for the activities they are undertaking including but not limited to maintenance, rehearsals, meetings, and performances.
All members must indicate they have read and agree to the Wangaratta Players Inc. Code of Conduct, that they understand and agree to-abide by this Code of Conduct and all future amendments within the scope of the Wangaratta Players Inc. Constitution.
Members acknowledge that it is their responsibility to read, understand and abide by all future amendments to this Code.
Members understand that their membership may be withdrawn by the committee, at any time, if they breach any element of the code or future amendments. Members also understand they are bound by the Constitution of the Wangaratta Players Inc., a copy
which can be obtained at any time by contacting the Committee President.
